My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is there real wood in the dining room? I'd be interested to see more photos!

    Yes, they left the original hardwood in the dining room. There is a slight height difference between it and the tile that necessitates a transition strip. Unfortunately, I don't have any more pictures of the completed project.
