First year Queen of Sweden. It is one of the three Austin I bought from Wayside Garden big sale. I like this rose. I received the sale roses with mold on them and I gave them the best care a rose can ask for. This one progresses very good. Queen of Shalott is medium development and Teasing Georgia only has one tiny green cane right now.

Thank you Carol. Right now I don't smell anything on Quick Silver since it's still a baby but other people who have it longer can comment on it. I just picked up Tropical Lightning from Regan's Labor Day sale and it has mild fragrance even though HMF said no fragrance. Helen

Thank you Judy. I'm just back from Regan's Labor Day sale and only bought 4 roses but I had a great time admiring all the roses and talked to other rose gardeners there. All the roses are in bloom and they are amazing. Helen

Modestgoddest, the feeling of waiting for a new rose to bloom and to see how it perfoms is wonderful. I think you will like its blooms a lot.

This is my first year with QoS but I have admired it from other people's garden here. Some say it blooms less frequently and some say it bloom frequently for them. I guess it comes down to the zone, the specific micro climate where we plant it in our garden and the nutrition. If we maximize all the positive things it needs then it will boom more for us. Mine is bare root. Is yours own root or bare root? I have heard that David Austin own root roses take a long time to reach it full potential. Helen
