Your Senecio radicans will bloom if if it will be hanging on southern window. So - it is very adaptable - but if you are desperate to have it blooming - that's the secret.

Most of the unused real estate under the ceiling - can be used for pothos - this plant can live on a very low light. Gesneriads - they have certain light requirements - south window - is too much - but if you utilize a ceiling 1-3 feet away from the window - you can grow lots of trailing gesneriads - Nematanthus, Aeschynanthus, Columnea, Codonanthe, some of the Drymonias. West and east windows - you can have them on the windows. Pure north probably won't get enough light to let them bloom.

You can run a line of shoplights on a ceiling - and hang the plants under them - but it seems to be more of the choice of die hard plant collectors.. This way you can successfuly create your personal jungle.
