no idea. Better nurseries would carry it. or order online. You may also want to treat with a systemic, but I wonder if summer would be better for that. Is yours growing in a pot? If the plant is very small you can probably just control it a swab and alcohol, plus some hort oil.

You need imidacloprid and use it as a soil drench.

That is a much easier scale to kill compared to Asian scale. I'd go with the horticultural oil as well. Home Depot carries it. If you had an old pot of coffee you were going to throw away, or at the office, just put it in a pump sprayer and use that as a direct contact spray.

So I could use coffee? This would be more convenient than having to go all the way to home depot. So I would spray the coffee onto the plant or add coffee grounds to the soil (like adding UCG to compost)?

plantsman56 is correct, coffee grounds should take care of most pest issues with your cycads if used regularly.

UPDATE

All of the fronds became infected and started to turn brown even after 2 treatments with the coffee grounds. I removed all of the almost-dead fronds (which is all of them) last week and re-potted in a larger container with new soil. I am waiting to see new fronds, but I suspect it will take it until March to completely re-grow.

Yeah, sometimes the best treatment is to eliminate all the infected fronds and go from there as the infection is just too large to combat. Don't fear, your cycad should come back without a hitch.
