Love the floors.

Do you entertain often? maybe a storage ottoman to be used for seating; Side tables that could double for more seating, like garden stools. Tv on wall not shown with a long dresser under the tv. I would move the sofa to the long wall adjacent to the closest. Some small cute Ikea chairs.

I think a small sectional would look good along the back wall with the chaise lounge side where the window and fridge are. Not sure what price range you have, but IKEA has sectionals like this with storage, or could get storage ottoman coffee table. A mirror above the back of the couch would also help create the illusion of a bigger space, and you could potentially mount the TV on the wall with pathway - could add a thin sofa console infant of window to separate space between couch and fridge; Alternatively you could re-position couch to but back to closet doors coming out from wall (with space in between closet and couch) and mount the tv in the corner by window, put a rug down and some puff stools for extra seating.

IMO without a floor plan we are guessing.

Here's a floor plan to help better understand the space. The back wall is 108" and the closet door on the right is actually a bi-fold door that comes out 12 inches (so I need that clearance). The depth of the room that's within the walled portion is 88" and the remaining walkway is 36". My couch is 80". The window on the left wall is 4ft wide exactly, but after the window it's only a small portion wall, the rest is the side of the fridge from the kitchen.

The entryway is the first door off the hallway, which is directly across from the bathroom door.

Hopefully this helps. I've tried putting the couch against the back wall but it didn't seem to give the space the best feel. I've also flipped the couch from the photo I included above to face the window and still allow space behind it for opening the closet door. Ideally I'd like to have a thin TV console while also having room for some type of coffee table but perhaps that's asking too much.
