My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This table top is 84 x 44 = 25 1/2 sqft and will weigh about 250 lbs. Our product is about 9 lbs per sqft.

    Are there any photos of this table in someone's home. I'd like a better view of the top and the color choices. Does this table stain, or need to be sealed? Also, would a chair fit at the head of the table? What is the size of the overhang at the head? Thank you

    Hi! Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately the image above is our best representation of the product. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    You can see our 8 standard colors here, if you wish. The table top is sealed with a urethane based sealer. With that mind in, the can be damaged if not treated/cleaned correctly.

    The overhang is 10" so you shouldn't have an issue fitting a chair at the head of the table. Please let us know if you have any questions.
