My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This little imp took advantage of the fact that the feeder lost its cover....I took this yesterday....

    I went to add seeds to the feeder and saw that it was still mostly full and found this instead!! He looked at me and went right on eating so I went in the house to get my camera and he was still there when I returned and graciously posed for me!!
