I keep seeing this, is this a legitimate cultivar? I like the look of the leaves, anyone have any experience with this particular plant?

I've never grown this plant, but I think it's basically the variegated form of "Chelsea"....I would treat it just like any other carnosa....I do recall hearing that both Chelsea and Marianna are shy bloomers, so you would have to love them for their leaves...
