What can I do to get it to bloom. I have 2 they are in pots. I brought them outside as soon as any frost danger was gone. they are in full sun and get shade late in the evening by a wood fence. I didn't fertilize them I haven't cut them back. I've had the for 3 years and they have bloom the other 2. They are about 3' tall. Last year when I brought them in the house I cut them back.? Maybe cut off buds??? Thank you
