The leaf damage is tomato pinworm damage. Tomato pinworms can get into fruit (although their damage from the outside just looks like little tiny holes--see the last picture in the aforementioned link--and is not related to the deformation of your fruits) so you might want to spray Bt, which will take care of it. A lot of people have been reporting seeing this pest for the first time this year or, if they're familiar with it, unusually severe infestations this year.
