Exactly! Very beautiful, rose-like bloom. I love the hushed tones with the contrasting sharp rim on this one. Congratulations, Rick. Does the throat have nectar guides?

I noticed many hybridizers are leaning towards creating more rosey, triple blooms.

The Hybridizers are really pushing out Doubles, Triples & Quads. It is good to see that a few are still producing nice Singles as well.

I find myself each year thinking about which ones I will keep and which I will find homes for. This "Summer Lullaby" was one of those, but now I am not so sure.

This is a bloom from last year 2015.

It is quite apparent that at the time a photo is taken can also make the bloom appear different. This is what I notice while looking through Rinoa's Plant List ( others also) in comparing mine to her photo's.

They always say w seedlings that it can be on their second blooming that can show their true colors.

Thanks for letting me know to keep my seedlings until after the 2nd blooming. I was going to weed out after the first bloom. That's really good to know.
