Motion Sensor for an in ground irrigation system

I'm having an issue with neighbors dogs pooing in my yard. I've seen there are sprinklers that you can connect to a hose with built in motion sensors, but I'm trying to find a motion sensor that I can connect to a solenoid valve or my irrigation clock. Anyone have suggestions?
