I grew a 1.5 pound tomato and a .70 pound tomato so when we cut them open the smaller one had a black area inside and then we saw a bug it looked like a moth we threw that one out after opening the 1.5 pound we saw similar black spot also so we threw it out as well. How could this happen? The smaller tomato looked perfect from the outside no holes or signs of insects. Only problem with the tomatoes I could see were the cracks.
