My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is the table top scratch resistant?

If it is real concrete it should be, but I have found other concrete tables that were not scratch resistant.

    I always recommend that you seal any concrete surface. It makes the concrete water and stain resistant and it guards against scratches. No surface is totally scratch resistant, even granite but it certainly holds up to homework and craft projects better than most wood tables.

    matte acrylic. There is also concrete deck sealer
