This is a plant that was sent to me by mistake from Hirt's last year. It's grafted, has not really grown that well for me compared to any other plumerias I have whether they be grafted rooted or seedlings. My understanding is that this plant is considered to be a bit more like an oleander than a true plumeria. I'm still very interested to see it actually flower...will post the blooms as soon as they appear. Have heard conflicting reports about fragrance.
