Replace my lamp shades

Hi,
My name is Kasper and I am from Singapore.
I am hoping to replace my current lamp shades. The size of 20" - 24" works is the ideal size I am looking at. But I am not sure how if the frame within will fit into mine.
Could I find out? Firstly, do you ship to Singapore? And if you do, could you provide me with the hole size where the bulb console is holding the frame/shades I hope I make sense here because I am not a technical person.
