You post there the same way you post here or on any other forum!! Your photo does not enlarge and is too distant and unclear to make any sort of accurate ID.

It also helps if you let us know where in the world you are located - not just zone by regional location as well.

Your plant is a shrub rather than a perennial and it's a Weigela. Since this is the propagation forum I'll say that Weigela is a cinch to increase from cuttings. For future reference you can get ids in the Name That Plant forum.
