My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    This item is going to be on a Freight Truck, It can range from curbside to front door. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the item leaves the warehouse so that will give you a better idea of the day it will arrive. And before they deliver they will call you to set something up with you.

    Do you use UPS Freight? If so I would not be interested as I had a terrible experience earlier this year with the operation out of Springfield, MA (damage done to my property by one of their employees).
