Japanese Maple for Zone 5B

I was wondering if you could help me select a Japanese maple. The following are my preferences (not set in stone):

-green leaves

-weeping

-shorter: 4-8 ft. 4-6 preferred.

-yellow, orange and red fall foliage. Impressive fall foliage is probably the most important criterion.

-There is flexibility with location but to start, let's say partial to full sun. The location I am thinking about would be close to where a Kousa dogwood once thrived.

-I really like the picture of the JM posted by rouge21_gw under the Combos 2015 thread under perennials but do not know what it is.

Thanks for the assistance!
