My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello,

    Our return policy is as follows. Let me know if you have any other questions!:

    You may return the rug within 30 days from the date you receive it. Your
    only expense will be shipping costs back to the warehouse. For
    defective products this charge will be waived. You must contact us prior
    to returning your area rug and we will provide shipping instructions
    back. Your credit card will be refunded upon inspection of the returned
    rug when it is found to be in acceptable condition.
