Hi Ryan,

This is actually a custom designed home. Many of our home buyers start with a plan and then customize it, and some start from scratch. The closest plan we have to this is the Castle Rock plan which is part of our Vacation Series. It's two stories with a walk out basement, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and is 1,743 square feet.
