It appears nobody answered you! I know it is poor forum etiquette to answer questions that appear to be "selling" ones products. Since nobody answered, I thought I would try and be helpful here. I can only speak to the copper sinks we manufacture. They are extremely quiet. In fact, I made a cymbal out of the copper we use for sinks. I thought it might sound unique. Well, I was surprised to find it made very little sound at all. We use a cold rolled 14 gauge copper. Perhaps that is why the sinks are so quiet. I have no experience with other types of copper.
