you're doing great! I like the painted picture shown here. Gives some contrast to some unique windows. and Def limit the height on landscaping. I would use desert styles to influence that.

I know this is an old post but I'm curious if you've replaced your windows yet? We have a similar low roof ranch that has very little visual interest. Its style leans toward a modern ranch. I'd also like to add some divided lights in the new windows to give it more of a traditional and cozy feel but nervous about such a large and expensive change. Would love to see updated pics if you have any.
