Need help locating a light fixture!

10 years ago

I am looking for 2 light fixtures and I have no idea who makes them. Could anyone help me out here? It may be a designer piece, if so I will buy it from the designer who locates it for me. Here are some images, the bottom one was painted by the home owner.
