Hmm, actually googling "white aphid" brings up picture of whitefly. I always thought whitefly was bigger. I think that google image I found must be his brother as they look exactly alike. :) I suppose that is what I have, along with the golden guy with black legs, but I don't have a photo of that, would have to go find that 'bug' again on a leaf.

I think that might be the shed skin of an....aphid maybe? Ignore it unless it actually MOVES (in which case obviously I'm wrong!) and look at your beefy bug because it is probably the same critter. Compare it to aphids.

Ok, so the feeling is that I have aphids - some are white and some are tan? Unless it was my imagination - the next morning after releasing the ladybugs, one plant in particular looked incredibly better, not nearly as wilted looking. I appreciate the help. :)

Aphids come in a variety of colors. We have black ones and green ones here.

As jean and fori said: the white ones are empty, discarded exoskeletons of living aphids. They shed their skins periodically so that they can grow.
