Please let me know what you all think of this floor plan (preconstruction condo unit I bought). I received a lot of suggestions several weeks ago. I went back and applied a lot of the revisions.

I also created the room in 3D using Autodesk Homestyler (still work in progress). You can walk around and get a tour using W.A.S.D keys + your mouse. It may not work on old computers.

Original Plan

The original floor plan only had one shower/bathtub combo. I really wanted a separate shower and bathtub, so I rotated the mechanical room to face the walk-in closet. I made some compromises by removing some of the closet space, but countered it for a portable garment rack. What do you all think of the mechanical room location? Also does the pocket door entrances for the bathroom/washer/dryer/bedroom bother anyone? I switched it to pocket doors to remove the doors colliding with each other. Mind you I'm not a architecture, I studied 3d animation in school so I was lucky enough to apply these skills to something I purchase.
