My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Jen, the rug is just a cheapy I found on overstock.com. I don't make a habit of using low-quality rugs except when staging model homes since they don't get much wear. If you are shopping for an area in your home that will get a lot of use, I would suggest buying a higher quality piece.
