Just how small is this?

I noticed that the dimensions of this chandelier are listed as "W 5.91" / D 5.91" / H 7.87"", which sounds really small, almost like meant for a doll house or something. Are those by any chance the dimensions of the box it comes in? or are those supposed to be the actual dimensions of the chandelier when laid out? If so, what kind of use would this be suitable for? like for a desk or bedside table or something? Because it's probably not big enough to go above a dining room table for 8 people, is it? which version/size would you recommend for this? Thanks!
