Fire place ventilation

How is this fire place ventilated? I was told this 'type' is an easy add since it isn't supposed to require a fluke?? Is this correct? Any info would be helpful!!! Beautiful room!

    You can use an electric ' in wall' heater. It will not require a flue. It acts just like a plug in heater, the "flames" are on a LED screen & look real. It heats approx 400 square foot room.
