My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Free shipping is curbside only and DOES NOT include inside delivery or assembly.


    This item doesn't require any assembly and as for inside delivery we can provide the additional cost at your request. As en estimate inside delivery can cost between $180-$500 +/-.

    Hello, it item itself is about 194 lbs. added packaging and such might might add an additional maybe about 25 lbs.
