Yes, no issues, things delivered as advertised. Never tried to return anything though.

Same here. Didn't have to return anything but they were pleasant to deal with. (If you communicate with a rep, they might discount further.)

I used them for over 50% of our renovation finish materials. The vanity was delivered last week, on time and it was discounted. If you ask, they will generally give you a discount. I simply call and ask if the items in my cart are at the best price.

The only issues I've had were late notice of back ordered items (lights we bought won't come until November) and I was over charged by $179 randomly for a new lighting order. They sent a credit immediately but not before I realized I was overcharged since my accounts are linked to my phone. I've never had to return anything.

I haven't purchased vanities but I have purchased many other things. Very pleased. Good phone service if issues arise.

lights, fans, kitchen hardware, faucets.

The most recent purchase was hard to find hinges to update 35 yr old cabinets in our temorary housing (which we own). Backordered by about two months but they did come eventually and I got an email each time giving me an opportunity to cancel the order. The hinges were much cheaper than other sources.

I have recommended build.com numerous times on this forum. We purchased the vast majority of our plumbing supplies for 3 bathrooms and our kitchen from faucetdirect.com and the build.com companies. They are great to work with. And as someone said above, they may help with further discounts if you talk with a rep whether on the phone or via their chat help. Sorry I can't speak specifically to the purchase of a vanity, but if I needed one, I wouldn't have any qualms ordering from build.com.
