Thank you! We used artificial turf in this area due to the shade of the tree canopy. It is difficult to grow grass under trees here in Arizona due to the bermuda types of grass. We also chose artificial turf since there is a splash pad in the left corner of the photo. We also did not want kids to turn a real lawn into a mud pit with the splash pad right next to it. There are some very good products that have hit the market in the last 5 years that is very real looking. Many of our clients are requesting us to look into it for their lawn alternatives.
