Hey guys,last week I found crown galls on my avocado trees. I cut them off and put to new soil,but same type as previously. Now it is dying and I do not know if will survive. I had same problem last year in this time. Leaves are loose and start turn into dust.

Can someone help me identify this problem and prevent it for next time.
