New patio furniture

We expected this to arrive earlier and ordered it for a party. It didn't. But now that we have it and it is out together. We are missing 2 pieces. One of the middle pieces is wrong. The box came with 2 of the same sides and we r missing a center piece. It just never arrived. Please help. I will send pics if necessary. Other than this we absolutely love the furniture.
