I read up on growing peony from seed and decided it was too much for me so I didn't save any peony seed from my plants. The articles I read suggested putting the seed in the refrigerator for 2 years. I've never tried it--I'm naturally low on patience and two years seemed the same as 100. I wish you all the best. Let us know how it goes if you find some. Heidi

I actually got sprouts this past Spring!!! Last fall, I planted a row of seeds and marked them in a tiny raised bed we built....got 3 seedlings this year....stayed so small but at least somewhat of a success! LOL and idk, just something about starting your own and I can wait! lol :P

Hi, I bought peony seeds from this man on ebay~ I planted them out in one of my raised beds. Very easy, almost no care cept for water and fertilizer. It took 4 years but now they are all large and bloom every spring.
