I'm looking for some kind of glaze-type way to roast salmon. I had something at a restaurant that I really liked. It had, I think, some honey, maybe BBQ sauce, but I'm not really sure. By what I've described, does anyone have any thoughts about what I could create? The salmon at this restaurant is very moist.

I did ask how they fix their salmon, but was told they wouldn't tell.
