You will probably have to have a repair report for the people interested in buying the home, make copies for them and both realtors. Find out if the warranty transfers too.

Well, yes, when it comes to selling homes, it's good to clarify what does and does not convey. I assume using the correct parlance is the way to go.

Everything went fine. We already had the water to the washer shut off. We waited for inspector to show up. Informed him washer was not staying with the house and that it was leaking and we had someone coming out to fix it the next day. We told him water to the washer was turned off. He said that was fine and that he was just going to look at it. Washer is still not fixed. Warranty company is a pain. Now we know why appliance guy came up with his laptop and not tools to fix the washer. Appliance guy is coming back Friday with the parts to fix it. Our realtor called us with 2 things the buyer wants fixed. One we were able to do ourselves the other is a leaking condensation line that we have AC guy coming out Friday to fix. Hopefully that is it and the sale goes through. These buyers already walked out on a house before ours. Hoping this is the house they really want.
