Looks like it to me. Even in my own pot, you get different growths and differences.

Check out the big box stores like Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart. I have found some great deals there from time to time.

My guess would be that it's a sansevieria subspicata. I just got one myself, and even though it's probably not a hahnii, it has (I hope) a nice compact shape like the hahniis.
