My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for your comment and inquiry. Not sure about the artist of the painting. We have to refer this question to the builder & interior designer at Patterson Construction Corp. in Newport Beach, Orange County CA They have a Houzz account as well.
