in a 6m x 4m 4 storey old stone house in Croatia. We are gutting the building and going to concrete floors. Plenty of options but 2mx2m spiral takes up too much space. stacked seems to be the way with a 2.5 to 2.75m by .70 wide opening.nceling height will be 2.1m plus 15cm deep slabs.

James G, thanks for giving us something to have fun with. Your question is really beyond the scope of this forum; there are too many variables which really require someone on site. I suggest you find a local architect to advise you.

Sorry for hijacking the thread James with my stair quote trivia - your question is definitely beyond my expertise though.

I wonder if this is the first Croatian house we've had on here, does anyone know?
