How to train my fiddle leaf to grow additional branches

Hi all. I am hoping someone will be able to help me. I have had my fig for about 2 years and it has been growing really well but it only has 1 branch/stem and it just keeps growing up. I would like 1 stem at the bottom with multiple at the top.
