My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wood hood

Do you know what type of wood and what stain was used on that wood hood. It is perfect for what I want to do. Thanks!

    The hood was made from unused pieces of some reclaimed beams we used in the family room. Unfortunately, because they were reclaimed, it was impossible to determine the species.

    I did not build it, I just designed it. It was built on site by the trim carpenter. Most any good trim carpenter should be able to build one for you. Good luck!

    Do you have the model of the vent a hood inset that was used? Also are ceilings 9'4" or 10'? Should it sit 30" above range? Thanks for the help
