Hello,

Can anyone recommend the best mid-level double oven? I am replacing a 10 year old Thermador (that was ranked #1 consumer report the year we bought) because it's master control panel has gone out and they no longer make parts. I have realized that although I lust after the Wolfs of the world - at the end of the day I just don't need the high-end ovens. I am very hesitant to rely on the appliance stores to steer me in the right direction, since I feel like they all have ulterior motives in what they are selling.

My requirements are: convection oven, both ovens must have a delay timer, good oven light, and not a super loud fan/operation.
