An awful lot of work. If one had those sewing skills, why buy the Ikea curtains in the first place - just make curtains!

Ikea curtain fabric is nice and frankly it is hard to find fabric in wide widths like that, probably impossible at that price!

All drapery fabric comes about 60" wide. Ikea panels aren't any wider. If you need them wider, you sew widths together.
