I have some giant zinnias that are supposed to be really easy to grow and great for cut flowers. I'm also from zone 8, near Lafayette. New to the south, though, so this is a learning experience for me, too.

Lizzie, I will take some zinnia seeds. You should get my envelope by end of the week. Where did you move from since you said you are new to the south?

I moved to Louisiana, the most Cajuny part! The food rocks and the roaches are as big as bic lighters. I'll send your zinnia seeds out today.

I knew about the roaches. I have seen a few when I was there a few years ago.
