Oh my. I left zone 7-8 for where I am now. No way I could take that! I like to think I'm fairly resilient, but cold has always hurt me. I remember standing waiting for the school bus as a child. All of the other kids would be standing there just fine, and my teeth would be chattering, and I would have terrible shivers.

Yikes, good save there! My two DRs were exposed to some 20's once this late spring but there was tarp over them as a roof. Thankfully the only damage suffered was the two inches of the tallest branch on my big one getting stung and shriveled.
