Meyer lemon tree: what are these spots?

Hello. I finally potted my Meyer lemon tree. It's an inside plant, so it gets about six hours of sun a day max. I've noticed that there are some spots on it:

there are a few scattered across the tree, one leaf forming a spot. I turn the tree every few days (maybe two days) so not only one side gets sun. Thoughts?

I can't see very well from the pic...one looks a little like a sunburn spot. That is all I can see.

Why would you remove the leaves? Leaves are the part of the plant that manufactures the nutrition for your tree. Those leaves are still healthy and can manufacture a lot of nutrition A citrus leaf has a life span of approximately two years. In that time they will give a lot of the needed nutrition to your tree. - Silica
