My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kurlap Valentine

Sorry I haven't posted much. I've had a very disappointing 2nd bloom cycle this year. Barely anything has bloomed and what did certainly wasn't much. However, this is the first time I've seen this Kurlap Valentine bloom. With the very slight lighter edging, I wonder if it's from a cross with Triple Santa Claus.
