How is the system operated? Also, where do you fill it up with new fuel? Is there a place inside the unit or is it on the back?

    Hello, this unit does not have a remote. You pour the fuel into each burner and then you light it using a long lighter. Once you want the flame out you use a damper tool which we provide to close the lid.
