My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Congratulations! That's wonderful. You must have found the plans through Dave Liabraaten of DesignHaus located here in Bend, OR. I think it's a genius floorplan.

    Yes. I feel in love with the layout. We are on a slopped lot (in the mountains) so we added a partial walkout basement to the plan as well. Foundation is being poured tomorrow! WOOT WOOT.
